What you'll be doing
- Supervises a team of plan of care specialists. Manages workflow; screens and distributes work based on skill level. Ensures adherence to performance standards, resolves client service issues, and maintains data integrity. May review, record, and analyze data; acts as a subject matter expert for junior staff members. Assists with coaching, performance planning, and development. Assists with the development and revision of processes and procedures. Assists with internal and external audits. Performs other related duties as assigned or required. Assists with people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, promotions, performance and compensation management, and training and development.
What your background should be
- 5+ years of business experience. Experience in long term care.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelors degree
