What you'll be doing

Conduct research and analysis to help federal and state specific rule. Investigate formal state attorney general office, litigation notice and demand letter; and provide comprehensive summary and recommendation. Work across organizational line to help business unit succeed in their respective program. Help as needed to monitor business unit and third party to ensure adherence. Recommend corrective action if necessary. Interface with various technology unit participate in the new law process for newly promulgate. Assist as needed with daily oversight of investigator mailbox and provide timely response. Assist as needed with federal and state telemarketing registration, state bond requirement. Assist as needed to ensure the mail concern are addressed and consistent with the direct marketing association requirement and expectation.

What your background should be

Minimum of three years of compliance or related experience. Computer proficiency. Knowledge of some database operation a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skill. Compliance or auditing background minimum three years preferred. Understanding of marketing and domain name system concept.

Required Schooling / Training

Associate in applied science paralegal degree or certification
