What you'll be doing
- The candidate will perform clerical duties of a routine nature that may include data entry, answering phones, word processing, record keeping, filing, making conference and travel arrangements, mail delivery, shipping and receiving materials. Create and maintain data bases, reports, spread sheets, forecasts, files, memos, and presentations utilizing various word processing and software programs. Process bills, payments and handle a high volume of paperwork. This position is a fast paced and required a high degree of speed, accuracy and the ability to multi-task. Interface with vendors, contractors and suppliers to procure goods and services and resolve billing problems. Work closely with team members and supervisors or work independently with little supervision as required by the needs of the business. May perform the same job tasks many times a day.
What your background should be
- Selected candidate is required to remain in the position for a minimum of 12 months (time in title) and 9 months (time in location). Must have a working knowledge of Excel to include working in spreadsheets and creating formulas. Customer service experience working with internal and external clients. Experience maintain data bases, reports, spread sheets, and forecasts. Basic work knowledge of personal computers, calculators, copy and fax machines and printers.
