What you'll be doing
- The successful candidate will have the duty to process the Accounts Payable Clerk invoices for all purchase orders, utilities and all miscellaneous purchases. This process involves handling of the invoices from the receipt from the mail, supply reconciliation, editing and filling for storage. It is the responsibility of the Accounts Payable Clerk to complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. She/he will be responsible for maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions, distributing petty cash by recording entry, and charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports.

- 1-2 years of related experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school graduate
