What you'll be doing
- The ideal candidate for this post will have to work service requests as assigned according to the company workflow procedures. The person will have the duty to manage activities of all technicians, and coordinate and schedule resources for service requests. It is the duty of the Service Manager to follow company standards and procedures as currently documented. She/he will provide daily customer service to meet their needs. Also the Service Manager provides a simple process project planning and management process to the employees. Moreover review, revise and annotate the proposed invoicing is also the task of the Service Manager.

- Associate degree
