What you'll be doing

The Accounting Assistant administers vendor set ups as well as changes in various systems. The position requires gathering all required information / documentation and making accounting reports. The basic responsibilities for this role include: - Understanding and collecting insurance documentation and requirements. - Co-work with the clients (external and internal) regarding the credit limits, vendor set ups, information changes. - Process existing and new vendor set up in order to include vendor payments by payment and system method. - Direct / maintain information through various business system applications. - Provide entry-level accounting support. - Solve problems regarding various issues relating to information gathering or data entry. - Prioritize various assignments when requested.

What your background should be

The Accounting Assistant position requirements: - Ability to run various tasks simultaneously. - Great attention to the smallest details. - Two years (minimum) of Associate Degree + Bachelor
