- Plant Operations Manager will provide assistance for the director of the department in the performance of maintenance function and departmental operations.
What your background should be
- The most suitable individual must possess outstanding skills which cover cooperative working relationships. We will select an incumbent, who knows how to maintain positive image of the department and have excellent communication skills. The Plant Operations Manager must be able to collaborate with nurses, contractors, physicians and the other personnel in a professional manner. Awareness of cost of equipment and supplies is a must, as well as High School Diploma / Certificate from a trade school.
