What you'll be doing
- The PART-TIME Project Coordinator position duties include: - Communicate with the customers regarding the project. - Data entry (notes, pictures, documentation, etc.) - Create and maintain job boards. - Create and maintain spreadsheets. - Answer messages, phone calls and forward information to the suitable staff. - Distribute mail. - Coordinate travel arrangements. - Provide special project assistance.
What your background should be
- The most suitable candidate for the PART-TIME Project Coordinator position MUST: - Be able to operate a stand-alone Personal Computer within the network environment. - Be able to make use of PC software programs (Spreadsheet software, Database software, Word Processing software, etc.)
