What you'll be doing
- This position is responsible for understanding key client pain point and business strategy and creating a compelling strategy for solution to solve their business need. This position work closely with sale and account management team in a consultative manner to drive new business. Support sale and account team by demonstrating product, assisting with technical question, customizing demo when appropriate, creating technical documentation, providing technical follow up, preparing proposal. Develop standardized process, procedure and guideline to facilitate the sale. Perform complex research and analysis on possible feature and enhancement to meet client need while working within business need constraint budget. Provide training for internal and external customer. Work in close collaboration with multiple internal team in a matrix environment, including product, implementation, and information technology, to influence enhancement, design, and mutual understanding of customer need.
What your background should be
- Minimum three years business to business technical sale support and integration of software solution or similar experience. Experience in credit and debit card processing for bill payment. Excellent project management and customer service skill, preferably in financial service technology and software or bill payment industry. Excellent verbal, written, and group communication skill. High level analytical skill. Executive presentation skill. Experience with microsoft office products.
