What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills with an exceptional ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, good judgment, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and discretion in handling confidential information. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure are must. The candidate must be flexible and able to handle multiple and changing priorities. Manage the sales management team calendar and schedule appointments and meetings. Arrange complex and detailed travel and meeting plans and itineraries, and compile documents for travel-related meetings. Assist in planning, organizing and conducting internal meetings. Provide support to general manager and his/her direct reports and extended leadership team as needed. Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle documents and sensitive, confidential information and ensure action/attention required is addressed. Process expenses within corporate timeline.

What your background should be

A minimum of 5 years administrative assistance/support experience, preferably in a financial services or legal environment. Proven ability to balance multiple long-term and short-term projects simultaneously. Must have superior communication and professionalism. Must be proficient in MS (excel, word, powerpoint and outlook). Solid technology and internet skills. Must have exceptional communication, organization, time management skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree highly preferred.
