What you'll be doing
- Specific Paper Department Machine Operator position responsibilities and duties: - Keep machine supplied with a wide range of production materials. - Accomplish daily production reports. - Maintain speed and quality control through monitoring performance of equipment and performing all required adjustments. - Follow roll change procedures. - Check machines in order to find mechanical problems by visually monitoring hoses, gears, materials, gauges, etc. - Keep the equipment used in the process of production clean and complete major cleaning in accordance with the preventive maintenance schedule. - Notice product defects in order to correct problems. - Check the quality of the product by means of quality measurement devices.
What your background should be
- Qualifications / Requirements: - Proficient knowledge of measuring devices is strongly required. - High School Diploma. - Previous experience as a Machine Operator. - Ability to work overtime. - Fluency in written and oral communication in English language.
