What you'll be doing
- The role is chiefly responsible for providing information to customers in order to assist them in resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. The post holder will also work closely with the Engineering team to assist with product design, conduct market research and provide technical training to customers.
What your background should be
- Minimum three years of experience in technical service/customer service support capacity.
Required Schooling / Training
- Technical degree or equivalent experience is required.
