What you'll be doing
- Interacts daily with supervisors and functional peer groups. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information. Regularly interacts with major customers. Interactions normally involve taking tasking and executing work at the company. Conducts research in preparation for wargames and simulations. Designs, executes, and analyzes simulations for military and other government customers to obtain qualitative basis for decision-making and help frame policies. Provides analysis and policy insights to government customer via written reports and briefings. Facilitates small groups to help produce insights into complex set of issues. Routinely participates in planning meetings to help set organizational objectives and pick staff to execute.
What your background should be
- 3+ years of experience. Desire experience in the intelligence field developing scenarios and briefing materials for tabletop exercises and war games. Excellent writing and research skills, highlighted by an aptitude for public speaking and multimedia presentations.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree
