What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will offer leadership and assistance to General Manager to make sure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community-connected. The person will manage staff resources and provide counsel to the other staff members for maintaining operating standards. It is the task of the Restaurant Manager to handle the HR function in the restaurant and performance management functions meet company specified criteria. She/he will manage safety security, handle food quality, and ensure that service standards are fulfilled. Moreover Restaurant Manager will be answerable for meeting restaurant financial goals by forecasting requirement; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances.

What your background should be

2-5 years of restaurant management experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school degree
