What you'll be doing

The client company is currently looking for a loss prevention/security detective and being part of an innovative approach to protecting the company assets that emphasizes prevention and values the contributions and strengths of the entire LP team. The candidate will find innovative ways to successfully promote and execute the company, store shortage programs, and the loss prevention/security process (LPP). The applicant will play a part in running department meetings to raise associate awareness in an effort to prevent the loss of the company assets. The incumbent will discover new opportunities for personal and professional growth and will apply effective surveillance and investigation techniques.

What your background should be

The applicant should have minimum one year of loss prevention/security and retail experience. S/he should have the ability to utilize resourcefulness and creativity to solve complex problems. The candidate should have strong interpersonal and administrative skills, strong verbal and written communication skills. The incumbent should have basic computer skills and ability to respond to alarm calls during non-business hours.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or related criminal justice/administration of justice studies preferred.
