Restaurant Server

What you'll be doing: The restaurant server is responsible to provide outstanding customer service in a full-service restaurant environment. The candidate will adhere to company policy, state, and federal regulations regarding service of alcohol. S/he will deliver outstanding service to all guests and demonstrate current working knowledge of restaurant environment. The applicant will follow food safety standards and maintain work area and equipment in accordance with health department standards. Follow area specific steps of service, use table and position numbers, and deliver food and beverage order to customers in a timely fashion. Educate, sample and serve customers food products. S/he will effectively manage multiple customers and communicate customer requests or concern and service flow issues with servers and manager of duty. Follow station specific duties and responsibilities. Work with the bus and host team to assist in clearing and resetting tables.

What your background should be: The candidate should have working experience in a restaurant as a server. S/he should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and learn new procedures, ability to work in a learning environment and ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management. The incumbent should be energetic and have positive attitude.
