What you'll be doing

Responsible for the operational activity of a variety of functional department, distribution center or facility. Review and analyze report, record and directive and confer with manager supervisor to obtain data required for planning activity such as new commitment, status of work in progress, and problem encountered. Responsible for the following activity related to the receiving, storing and shipping of material or finished good. Responsible for ensuring material are received from proper vendor, delivered to inventory and finished good are available to meet production schedule, packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner. Ensure the security and accountability of material and good with inventory control. Evaluate current procedure and practice for accomplishing department objective and develop and implement improved procedure and practice. Give work direction, resolve problem, and set deadline to ensure timely completion of work. Monitor and analyze cost and prepare budget.

What your background should be

Five or more years operational experience including two or more years managerial experience. Thorough knowledge of operation management; excellent organizational skill, excellent communication skill; verbal, written and management skill.

Required Schooling / Training

Four years degree
