What you'll be doing

Communicate effectively with staff, beneficiaries, and others concerning the companys christian spiritual approach to spriritual rehabilitation. Work cooperatively with all the staff, beneficiaries, and other outside agencies. Meet with supervisor at least one hour per month for supervision and evaluation. Substitute for intake counselor/coordinator as required. Record statistical information specific to your area of responsibility. Ensure that all statistical data are submitted to the administrator within three business days following end of the month. Daily/weekly reporting is to be done immediately. Carry individual caseload of 35 individuals who are seen for scheduled appointments on a bi-weekly basis and for crisis counseling as needed. Maintain written documentation of all counseling sessions. Attend weekly staff meetings and all staff meetings as assigned by administrator or their designate. Present case information as requested, including documentation of phase progress. Attend retreats, conferences, and other company events as scheduled and assigned.

What your background should be

Must have working knowledge of issues, such as substance abuse, homelessness, displacement, etc. Good oral and written skills necessary. Able to take direction.

Required Schooling / Training

AA/BA in rehabilitation counseling or related field.
