What you'll be doing
- Provide prompt feedback of related activities, issues and needs to the team lead. Attend meetings and work with company customers (clients) in the capacity of technical lead, always striving to meet their needs, expectations and timelines, while always maintaining and enforcing company policies and procedures. Work with the team to make sure work is allocated promptly and properly, always keeping a good balance to make sure they do not get overloaded between current and new tasks pay close attention to team needs and communicate capacity issues. Look for areas of improvement where templates can be used to simplify processes continually align and realign build team services to changing client needs by identifying and implementing improvements to build team services that support client processes and business requirements. Monitor performance, assess metrics and gather data to support service improvement and service management activities. Drive and support the EMS work intake and onboarding processes to allow a comprehensive review and impact analysis of new work and applicable service. Maintain the build & SCM team WSS site including: create and update build, merging, branching and configuration information. Create job aids and walkthroughs. Ensure quality of build deliverables ensure clear and comprehensive branching, merging, release and deployment strategies.
What your background should be
- Systems analysis, database concepts and systems design detailed knowledge of framework based development. Preferred analysis skill, applying the technical solutions to problems, performance concerns and detailed knowledge of NET applications. Preferred detailed knowledge of web sphere applications and source code management leadership competencies 21st century leadership behaviors, coaching, self-awareness, expense and resource management acumen.
