What you'll be doing
- Work with the facility management team to provide end to end supply chain support to market and retail sales team. Coordinate field operation with multiple corporate team to ensure compliance with corporate strategy and maintain proper flow of delivery. Identify carrier mode optimization opportunity on an ongoing basis. Provide guidance on freight regulatory compliance matter. Ensure compliance with safety guideline by all carrier that interact with the facility, facility employee, and internal, external customer. Ensure accurate forecasting of volume projection to core carrier in order to properly plan for peak volume period. Establish a carrier review process including carrier scorecard, daily reporting and periodic business review.

- Seven years experience. Ability to work flexible schedule. Ability to be on call at various time. Creative problem solver. Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadline. Proactive management style. Strong interpersonal skill. Strong negotiation skill. Strong organizational skill, extremely detailed and accurate. Strong verbal and written communication skill.
