What you'll be doing

Achieves financial results for complex (for example, based on risk, number of suppliers, regionality, seasonality, or number of items) merchandise categories. Creates and authorizes forecast parameters and modifications within complex (for example, based on risk, number of suppliers, regionality, seasonality, or number of items) merchandise categories. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Directs and optimizes supply chain execution within complex (for example, based on risk, number of suppliers, regionality, seasonality, or number of items) merchandise categories. Educates suppliers, peers, and other business partners on inventory management practices. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions. Validates the placement of orders (for example, merchandise, store supplies, components) within complex (for example, based on risk, number of suppliers, regionality, seasonality, or number of items) merchandise categories.

What your background should be

1 year of experience in supply chain, merchandising, or related field or 3 years of experience in retail or completion of the company replenishment leadership program (RLP). 2 years experience using intermediate functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (for example, word, excel, powerpoint).

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in supply chain, engineering, or business-related field
