Inside Sales

What you'll be doing: The inside sales shall gather the necessary documentation to process, obtain mortgage approval, and keep customers informed on the status of their loan. The candidate shall communicate with the loan processor to expedite loan closings and ensure that all loans moved to a final decision and perform such other tasks as from time to time. The incumbent will obtain financial documentation as applicable to loan process, and follows through loan process until closing by working within standardized methods/processes. Establish and maintain customer database files, demonstrate strong customer service skills and establish production goals. The applicant shall participate in company training and other company activities.

What your background should be: The successful candidate should have demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain programs, loan terms, features, policies, and benefits to customers. The applicant should have demonstrated team-oriented working skills. The incumbent must have to provide the team leader with production reports, projections and other market information as required.
