What you'll be doing

Successful candidate will be responsible to develop lead, schedule appointment, identify customer need, and market appropriate product and service. Establish customer relationship and follow up with customer, as needed. Use a customer focused, need based review process to educate customer about insurance option. Making presentation to potential customer and execute a detailed business plan. Provide successful track record of meeting sale goal and quota preferred. Interest in marketing product and service based on customer need. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

What your background should be

Sale experience outside sale or inside sale representative, retail sale associate, or telemarketing preferred. Excellent communication skill; written, verbal and listening. Experience in a variety of computer application, particularly windows. Ability to multi task. Self motivated.
