What you'll be doing
- Successful candidate will be responsible to develop lead, schedule appointment, identify customer need, and market appropriate product and service. Establish customer relationship and follow up with customer, as needed. Use a customer focused, need based review process to educate customer about insurance option. Making presentation to potential customer and execute a detailed business plan. Provide successful track record of meeting sale goal and quota preferred. Interest in marketing product and service based on customer need. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
What your background should be
- Sale experience outside sale or inside sale representative, retail sale associate, or telemarketing preferred. Excellent communication skill; written, verbal and listening. Experience in a variety of computer application, particularly windows. Ability to multi task. Self motivated.
