Seafood Specialist

What you'll be doing: As the seafood specialist you will be responsible for working closely with store manager, assistant store managers, and meat market manager in order to create environment and ensure the success of the store and department through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for food. You will demonstrate a high level of integrity with department products, with department employees and customers. As a seafood specialist you will ensure wonderful experience for both company employees and customers. The seafood specialist will ensure proper education of department employees on the handling and rotation of department products. You will lead by example and be expected to create a warm and safe environment for all those who visit the stores.

What your background should be: Previous experience in the retail, grocery, or restaurant industry with a specialty in seafood and seafood operations. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skill and possess basic math skills for ordering and inventory. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees.
