What you'll be doing

The incumbent is an outstanding presenter as well as a skilled and insightful coach to perform training schedule and training program effectively. Role will involve course design including material obtained through vendor, classroom delivery and field based coaching for both representative and manager. Develop and implement effective training solution; selling skill training, product and disease state training including initial sale training program. Coordinate with sale and marketing to develop and execute sale training meeting. Work in the field to develop new sale representative and territory manager. Provide training for in house employee. Negotiate contract and manage relationship with vendor. Successfully oversee and coordinate the curriculum work performed by vendor.

What your background should be

At least one year in a full time sale training role. Home office training experience is strongly preferred but will consider those with full time field training as well.

Required Schooling / Training

BA or BS expected.
