What you'll be doing

Respond to telephone inquiry and complaint using standard script and procedure. Gather information, research, resolve inquiries and log customer call. Communicate appropriate option for resolution in a timely manner. Inform customer about service available and assess customer need. Provide functional guidance, training and assistance to lower level staff. Provide assistance, training and troubleshooting support to lower level staff. Schedule work to ensure accurate phone coverage, monitor priority of call and shift escalated call to assure resolution to problem. Prepare standard report to track workload, response time and quality of input. Assist in planning and implementing department goal and make recommendation to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness. All other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Experience in a computerized system, respond to customer inquiries in a call center environment. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skill. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast paced environment at all time with all level of employee.
