What you'll be doing

In this position, the ideal candidate will be accountable for fulfilling customer needs and expectations by completing functions in the given time and within the budget, tracking and documenting time spent on assigned works and responsibilities. Senior Consultant will maintain daily contact with customers and troubleshoot any customer problem. Keep office Operation Manager informed of customer related challenges. Senior Consultant is expected to utilize organization's given systems, reports and software to manage project budget, invoicing, and collection offers on project. Moreover Senior Consultant will analyze and reconsider work product of junior staff members.

7 years of related experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree
