What you'll be doing
- Work on SAP human capital management (HCM) projects involving strategy, implementation support, and enterprise resources. Plan ERP optimization related to information technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the HCM modules. Participate in SAP business processes mapping and in the day-to-day activities of HCM advisory engagements for various clients including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation. Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel. Review SAP application security profiles to assess how application security is being used as a part of the overall business process control environment.
What your background should be
- Three years of SAP HCM experience with significant experience in workforce management. One year of experience with SAP HCM including at least one full life cycle SAP implementation. Experience in one or more of the following areas: HR, benefits, benefits administration, or compensation
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in accounting, business, computer science, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
