Maintenance Reliability Engineer (Mechanical)

What you'll be doing: The maintenance reliability engineer will be responsible for coordinating the reliability efforts of one production unit at the company with primary focus on leading the unit towards improved reliability. The applicant will be prepared to oversee and lead members of his team. The successful candidate will work towards achieving world class process availability and process problem solving and troubleshooting. S/he will support the core paper machine team and lead the continuous improvement process (RCFA). The ideal individual will improve and monitor the mills lubrication program, vibration analysis and utilization. S/he will oversee the design and installation of all reliability capital projects .The applicant will be responsible for PM/PDM route development and implementation supporting the MWS system.

What your background should be: This position requires 5 to 10 years of applicable engineering experience. S/he should have some related functional and technical skills.
