What you'll be doing
- The primary function of the learning specialist is to provide direct support to physicians and clinicians in the proper and optimal use of clinical, financial, and all other information technology systems. Responsibilities will include ongoing support, training, and communication to clinical providers throughout the solution life cycle, including pre-implementation, implementation, conversion, and post-conversion activities. As part of the physician concierge service, the learning specialist will work with physicians one-on-one and in small groups to increase their productivity and facilitate adoption and optimization of the system. During project conversions, the physician concierge resource will provide dedicated support to physicians. For other clinical projects, they will be the conduit for communication between departments for workflow, functionality implications and materials development support.

- Possess decision making skills as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity. Strong analytic and problem solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner. Demonstrates the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and re prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines. Excellent planning and project management skills required. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Bachelor degree
