What you'll be doing
- Maintain equipment files, control & guaranties of all restaurant and corporate office; be aware of the equipment guarantee terms, coverage & conditions to avoid extra cost or charges that are covered in it. Discuses with GM the actions plan to be taken in the restaurant and those open issues than need to be attended. Maintain the operation running at 100% base on the right plainer maintenance execution. Active participation in operations reviews. Review and update the equipment and maintenance manual. Follow up the weekly maintenance tasks to be done accurate & in a timely manner. Perform monthly equipment evaluation status and takes the adequate action plan. Keep tracking of purchase orders. Schedule and update the kitchen equipment turn on/off program to save energy. Conduct a quarterly energy audit; base on this, validate and prepare the action plan to fix those problems find in it.
What your background should be
- At least 2-3 years experience in maintenance of restaurant machinery. A strong mechanical aptitude and a background in equipment and facilities corrective and preventative maintenance, preferably within the food industry. Working knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling. Prior experience in planning, scheduling and tracking of equipment maintenance. Must have valid driving license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be able to travel to all company restaurants (100 mile radius). Excellent customer service skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- 2 years degree required.
