What you'll be doing
- Reviews project and service work for impacts to the creation, storage and consumption of data. Ensures all data related deliverables conform to data management standards, and do no harm to the accuracy, currency, completeness, understandability or accessibility of data. Defines required data deliverables and data development resources for project and service work. Ensures that proper testing practices are followed in regards to data-related deliverables. Defines standard practices for modelling and managing data definitions, relational integrity rules, data lineage, and impact analysis.
What your background should be
- 4-6 years of experience with data movement tools, techniques and technologies (SSIS, SQL Server Integration). Operational and analytical logical design techniques. Metadata management techniques and tools
