What you'll be doing
- Perform complex equipment installation, trial run, investigative test, repair and overhaul. Perform complex product and service training to customer. Perform complex maintenance on tool, test equipment, etc., and completes document of all installation, inspection, maintenance and repair work, and failure. Perform complex service or system call and interface with customer personnel to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution. Perform assessment of complex product or equipment performance based on field support data and recommend modification or improvement. Participate in the negotiation and administration of service or system contract.
What your background should be
- Two or more years of experience as a field service technician working with ac drive including exposure to the medium voltage environment. Must be knowledgeable in AC electrical drive. Proficient in MS office. Superior customer service skill. Safety orientation. Ability to work independently and remotely.
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate degree
