What you'll be doing
- Assists the leadership team with evaluative activities and special studies related to: staffing, continuum of care, performance measures, accreditation, and other aspects related to the successful operations of the company. Reviews and submits facility advanced clinic access suspense/reports to VISN and national levels as needed. Provides full staff assistance and training to clinical service secretaries and program assistants on administrative matters affecting patient care, education, credentialing and privileging, research, and organizational policies. Serves control point official for all academic residency disbursements agreements. Formulates and revises estimates for the annual chief of staff budget allocated for disbursement agreements.
What your background should be
- One year of specialized experience performing the duties of a program specialist in a healthcare.
Required Schooling / Training
- Master degree or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
