What you'll be doing

The incumbent would join a cross functional, agile engineering team engaged in there shaping of a product line or to create holistic experience solution for web, desktop and mobile. Work closely with product team to uncover business need, develop design strategy and communicate design solution. Design and specify the product experience using iterative design technique including design studio, customer interview and usability testing. Produce design deliverable such as sketches, scenario, wireframe, mental model and prototype. Effectively communicate research finding, conceptual idea and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually.

What your background should be

Highly creative, detail oriented, passionate about delivering the best user experience possible. Excellent communication and writing skill. Ability to work independently and juggle multiple user experience project at a time. Ability to use modern technologies like html5, css, java script etc., and applying the skill. Background in visual design a plus. Experience in rapid prototyping a plus.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree, preferably in a design related discipline.
