What you'll be doing
- Develop lead, schedule appointment, identify customer need and market appropriate product and service. Establish customer relationship and follow up with customer, as needed. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goal. Use a customer focused, need based review process to educate customer about insurance option. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work in a team environment. Prepare presentation for potential customer. Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goal. Proactive in problem solving. Assess customer need and conduct effective interview.
What your background should be
- Sale experience, outside sale or inside sale representative, retail sale associate or telemarketing preferred. Successful track record of meeting sale goal quota preferred. Interest in marketing product and service based on customer need. Excellent interpersonal skill. Excellent communication skill written, verbal and listening.
