What you'll be doing
- Provide customer service and support. Troubleshoot computer hardware; replace parts, setup and move systems and printers as required. Install and troubleshoot computer software and operating systems; interactive whiteboard support; projectors support and routine maintenance. Troubleshoot basic network. Work documentation and inventory, records keeping; teamwork, participation in projects as required; communicate with it personnel and organization staff; identify and provide solutions based on staff input; any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
What your background should be
- 2 years of experience in computer support or related field. Certifications preferred, not required. Knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks including, but not limited to Microsoft operating systems, software, and networks. Knowledge of software and software install and troubleshooting. Knowledge of computer peripherals, including printer installation and troubleshooting.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
