What you'll be doing
- Obtain and distribute research material. Maintenance calls to clients to inform them of conference calls, marketing lunches and conferences. Organize extensive travel, including flights, itineraries, hotel bookings, currency, etc. through agency. Complete procedures for expenses incurred when managers are traveling. Maintain client list, CIS, MS mail list and research link data. Help and advise clients on requests concerning MS research link, give personal training if necessary. Set up meetings for clients with analysts upon request. Set up schedules and itineraries in liaison with the marketing department. Organise client events, offsites and other activities. Answer telephones promptly and consistently. Handel projects of different types upon request.

- Certain flexibility in regards to working hours. Ability to perform duties pro-active, reliable and accurate without constant supervision. Well organized and showing initiative. Team player, open-minded. Effective communications and persuasive ability.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree.
