What you'll be doing

Demonstrate an ability to quickly respond to changes in rules and provide comprehensive analysis to influence business decisions by business leaders. Enforce corporate capital and liquidity policies. Develop, maintain and monitor liquidity metrics and processes evaluate capital allocation strategy and develop alternative methods to influence pricing methodologies for asset generation. Enhance existing and build new capital and liquidity processes and reporting to create efficiency. Support the pre press release RWA processes, driving ownership and accountability at multiple levels and groups throughout the risk and finance organizations. Lead key capital projects to enhance controls and accountability in the segments across liquidity and capital. Continue to build the operating model for capital. Work with the RCMO team to develop and implement an economic capital attrition framework. Build and manage the daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting for senior forums.

What your background should be

5+ years of management and leadership experience. Outstanding ability to analyze problems and keen attention to detail, but with the ability to also step back and visualize the big picture. Exceptional ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management (both oral and written). Ability to interact with and effective present to senior leaders. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in related field required. Master or advanced degree preferred.
