What you'll be doing
- Respond to a high volume of inquiries and services by following standard scripts and procedures. Demonstrate effective phone behavior when dealing with internal and external customers. Handle a high volume of calls as appropriate for the job and resolves a targeted number of those calls. Recognize the importance of customer satisfaction and works to build customer satisfaction daily. Work to meet the standards for the job such as the percent of calls forwarded to others and the percent of first call resolutions.
What your background should be
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service related position or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrate an entry-level knowledge of the system so that customer problems can be resolved.
