Laundry Operations Manager

What you'll be doing
- Oversee contract and labor costs. Handle all human resource issues such as training, regulatory compliance staffing, payroll and benefit administration for the entire staff. Assist in the production of weekly reporting for weekly operating report, key indicators, payroll and human resource functions. Oversee regulatory compliance of the plant. Assist with joint commission, linen review, and operating committees within the facility and hospital group. Assist in the forecast annual budget and works through budget approval process with general manager, regional manager, and senior vice president.
What your background should be
- At least 5 years of operations/management experience-preferably laundry operations with large-scale plants in management or commercial field preferred. Knowledge of production methods and monitoring. Knowledge of laundry equipment and basic washroom chemistry. Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in management or equivalent work experience required.
