What you'll be doing
- The digital strategy associate is responsible to work with the content specialist, web specialists and marketing strategists to translate marketing materials from print to online delivery; develop interactive experiences to increase engagement with marketing collateral externally to clients and internally to sales team. Hold working groups with various internal clients to develop solutions to improve web properties and meet commercial goals, ensure project deliverables can be leveraged across companies business globally and prioritize projects appropriately. Coordinate with IT and the project managers on large projects and regular maintenance releases to ensure quality and usability. Manage a project from start-to-finish. Principal tasks include designing information architecture, wire-frames and mock-ups; coordinating the development of graphics, content development, compliance and other approvals; and technology implementation. Develop and measure key metrics for large initiatives and develop plans for course correction when needed. Manage outsourced projects, such as user interface design and social and search campaigns, including managing project scope, requirements, budgets and implementation schedules. Maintain standards for content and look and feel throughout web properties and electronically publish content. Keep current with emerging web technologies in order to propose/develop interactive content. Work with global team to ensure best practices are implemented and shared globally.
What your background should be
- 2 to 4 years of experience as an eMarketer. Thorough understanding of the asset management business with specific knowledge of retail, third-party and/or institutional distribution of financial products. Proven experience developing on line interactive experiences, managing SEO and SEM campaigns, developing dashboards for site and campaign reporting. Strong writing skills. Excellent client service skills. Creative experience and intermediate design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.). Experience using Adobe CQ5 a plus. Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience creating UX deliverables such as wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes. Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment. Strong communication, time management and organizational skills. Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines, multitask, and overcome obstacles when required. Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively. Intellectual curiosity. Good judgement and ability to know when to escalate issues. Experience with SEM and SEO. Experience with web analytics tools and best practices, site catalyst a plus. Attention to detail proven experience of delivering high levels of accuracy. Ability to build consensus across groups of stakeholders. MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Visio .
