What you'll be doing

Answer inbound calls from borrowers and 3rd parties regarding the reverse mortgage product. Negotiate repayment of delinquent property charges. Meet inbound and outbound call, repayment agreement, and other productivity goals. Work with other teams within the department to successfully respond to borrower and 3rd party requests. Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.

What your background should be

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a call center environment. 6 months soft collections experience preferred.
