What you'll be doing

Take inbound calls from customers regarding problems or questions with their safe. Will be working with a script. Must handle some follow up calls to ensure that the problem was fixed or that a technician was scheduled. Candidate will talk the customer through minor issues that can be fixed over the phone. If problem cannot be fixed over the phone the candidate will schedule a technician to go to the customer and fix the safe. Commission is made from the technician visits. The responsible person will set up and communicate vendors for repair appointments. All tickets must be closed out within 24-48 hours. Will be responsible for making follow up calls to customer to ensure everything is in proper working order. Will have 40+ inbound calls per day and 10-20 outbound. Candidate will have daily reports in Excel and other general office duties (filing, faxing, copying, paperwork).

Inside sales experience. Customer care/call center experience. Customer service. Telemarketing. Inbound sales/call center experience.
