What you'll be doing

Manage multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams, both CONUS and OCONUS. Oversee ramp up of program, vetting candidates, allocating work assignments, implementing infrastructure including classified and unclassified networks and communications. Design, implement and manage training, security and safety programs in the areas of threat vulnerability assessment and intelligence. Lead proposal preparation planning including development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interface with program management and business development to lead/direct all phases of capture process.

What your background should be

In-depth experience with intelligence, counterintelligence and law enforcement programs. Proven success in capturing new business. Ability to manage geographically dispersed workforces. Experience developing training, security and/or safety programs for intelligence, counterintelligence and/or law enforcement agencies. Previous experience supporting military, state, and/or federal agencies.
