What you'll be doing
- Obtain personal information from patients and inputting that information into the automated system. Identify pharmaceutical product patient is calling about (drop down box should be 1 of 23 products). Insurance information verification (enter all necessary fields required). Associate the patient to the correct physicians office. Detail about the product (is it a refill, first time patient ordering, etc). Determine if the patient is getting the product from a local pharmacy or will be ordering by mail.
