What you'll be doing
- The site engineer will work in close collaboration with other areas of the department, especially with the director of infrastructure, in building and maintaining the development site. Direct and review the work of site, environmental and waterfront engineers and surveyors. Assist and coordinate easement, lease, permitting, insurance, and environment matters with in-house and out of house attorneys. Prepare exhibits for permits, easements and license. Maintain technical liaison with all levels of federal, state, county and city agencies for compliance with permits, certificates licenses. Organize, track and maintain critical development project records and mapping including site and building data, permits and approvals, property acquisitions and conveyances, etc. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- The candidate should have civil engineer related experience is required. Must have knowledge in civil structure and demonstrated in computer literacy. Advanced in Microsoft office suits (i.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
