What you'll be doing
- The client company is looking for an analytical chemist. The candidate will lead the company drug project. The incumbent will provide strategic insight to support analytical chemistry activities for a new indication of an existing drug. S/he will work with the internal team to develop strategies and execute activities for regulatory submissions. The applicant will coordinate internal and external resource activities utilizing UV-Vis, HPLC, and other related analytical methods and manage the personnel that perform these activities. The role will write test methods, protocols, reports, review and analyze data. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Minimum 4+ years of chemistry experience, preferably within medical device. Should have strong analytical instrumentation skills. Excellent knowledge of HPLC, UV-Vis, and others. Able to work independently in a lab setting. Strong computer and laboratory software knowledge.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor of science in chemistry or related field
