What you'll be doing
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop route sales employees. Pro-actively follow up on accounts in jeopardy and lost accounts. Perform daily route check-in, weekly route observations and truck audits as necessary. Approve credits, soil counts and all orders. Maintain coordination with production department to resolve shortages and other production related opportunities. Aid-in conducting evaluations of staff to provide feedback on overall performance, growth and customer service skills. Maintain satisfactory market center targets for cost controls and growth. Ensure timely new account installations and maintain customer satisfaction. Coordinate and execute contract renewals through.
What your background should be
- The candidate should have experience in related field. Solid computer skills including working knowledge of MS office software; open to relocation for advancement opportunities. Must be able to frequently lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds, as well as load/unload product from a truck without assistance. Successful completion of criminal background, motor vehicle record, and drug screen checks.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or bachelor degree preferred.
