What you'll be doing

Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the TWC IP telephony architecture. Execute TWC VOIP operations standards to ensure a consistent quality of support. Ensure VOIP functionality in production environment for residential market. Monitor local switching systems to include troubleshooting, tuning, and maintenance as well as execute proactive measures to reduce equipment outages. Resolve complex VOIP issues that involve multiple users or ones that cannot be resolved by the division or tier VOIP engineers (NOC). Responsible for supporting upgrades of VOIP infrastructure components. Report and manage VOIP key performance indicators (KPIs).

What your background should be

Exchanges information requiring some interpretation and/or persuasion to ensure proper action. Applies tact to discuss problems, deliver reports or make recommendations. Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on verbal/written communication including the ability to present performance feedback effectively and conflict resolution. Ability to work under pressure and within a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as function successfully within a team.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
